help Edmonton Free Methodist Church
2 Corinthians 9:6-8
Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
Ways to Give
We believe in the power of generosity. Edmonton Free Methodist Church is committed to love and serve people as we share Jesus Christ. We have the privilege of partnering with God’s work in the world by using our prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness through the local church. There are several safe and secure methods of giving which provide convenient ways to offer our tithes and financially contribute to the Edmonton Free Methodist Church.
Sunday Services
Simply place cash or cheque in the offering plate during the collection at any of our services. Be sure to include your name and address on the cheque or envelope, allowing donation credit to be provided for tax purposes.
E-Transfer Giving
Send an Bank E-Tranfer to us at edmontonfmc@gmail.com. If this is your first time giving via Bank account E-Tranfer, also send us an email with a subject of “E-Transfer”, including your name and mailing address and donation amount in the message section to receive a tax receipt using email address edmontonfmc@gmail.com.
Online Giving
Online giving allows for a specific dollar amount to be donated to God's work through Edmonton Free Methodist Church. You can set up online giving either as a one-time donation or as a recurring gift. Online giving is not only easy, but it’s also safe and secure. This option helps individuals and families remain faithful in their giving even when they are out of town or unable to attend a Sunday service. We use the services of CanadaHelps and Tithe.ly to make your online giving work.

Please Note: Spending is confined to Official Church Board Approved funds, programs, and projects. Each contribution will be used as designated by the donor with the understanding that when that particular fund, program, or project has been fully funded or cannot be completed for reasons determined by the Official Church Board, contributions so designated will be used where most needed.
